Tips for Aerobic Exercises
1. Warm up with flexibility exercises before doing more vigorous aerobic activities.
2. Stay in your comfort zone - Use your trunk muscles to help support your back and keep you close to your neutral position.
3. Stop when you become fatigued - Tired muscles cannot maintain good posture or body mechanics to protect you from injury.
4. Gradually increase your exercise time and intensity as you build endurance. Start at a level at which you become moderately fatigued. Gradually challenge yourself to do more.
5. Breathe naturally and smoothly - Do not hold your breath.
6. End your work out with gentle stretching exercises.
