ok, I hvae a bit of an issue, or it is to me. I work out alot, have a nice physique going but for some reason my nipples are literally pointing down and it’s not fat, my max on the smith machine is 290. I’m only 16, 5’7 and weigh 147. Anybody know a remedy or have anything useful to help me pull them back up into place so to speak? I find it a bit humorous myself but it’s slightly disturbing at the same time. I’d appreciate help with this.
