Instructions:

Loosen all straps.

Align patella opening over your kneecap.

Fasten bottom section.

Fasten top section.

Secure bottom strap.

Secure top strap.

Hand wash in cold water with mild detergent. Do not use bleach or fabric softener. Rinse thoroughly and air dry.
