The Economy Dorsal Wrist Support with Universal Cuff from North Coast is a long opponens splint designed for spastic or weak wrists following a spinal cord injury or stroke. This device was created to promote maximum wrist recovery while helping to secure your grip with small hand devices. Depending on the chosen model, it can have a stationary leather pocket built into the palmar strap meant to support and grip silverware, pens, or other small utensils for typing, turning pages, painting, or writing. It has a bendable leather-covered metal dorsal support held together by adjustable leather straps.

This device is available in sizes that acclimate both hands for children and adults. The length of the device depends on the measured width between the knuckles (MP joints). See the chart below for more details.
